Grace

When we grow in Christ, we begin to realize life is not a simple as we think it is. As Christians we should live not for ourselves but for the creator who created us for his desired purpose.  Who are you to postpone one event or the other till tomorrow? Do you own tomorrow or do you even know how ‘tomorrow’ comes about. Why then boast of your assurance of tomorrow.

The lord has blessed you with today so why not make the best out of it with Christ as your guide. Ask for the guidance of his holy spirit and he will give you the strength to complete whatever mission today according to his will and purpose. But if it be his will that it be done with tomorrow he will grant you tomorrow. Don’t walk idle and allow the devil to deceive you. Endeavor to grow in faith and allow the spirit of God to be your guide. Long for his presence and permission in everything you so plan to do. He is not a God that fails and he will never fail.

Walk in faith and you will never loose. He once said to “when you walk, walk with your head lifted up high. Because I have made all things available for you”.

Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they will be filled.

Mathew 5:6

All he needs from you is to just trust in him. His word says that with faith we can move mountains. When the spirit of God is your guide, fear, hopelessness, failure, sickness, death, uncertainty (confusion, anxiety), addiction, evil thoughts and low self-esteem will have no power over you.

[Jesus defeated death when he rose on the third day so why must his brothers and sisters be afraid of death. He says “Then Jesus declared, “I AM THE BREAD OF LIFE. WHOEVER COMES TO ME WILL NEVER GO HUNGRY, AND WHOEVER BELIEVES IN ME WILL NEVER BE THIRSTY. John 6:35]

No one will be able to stand against you all the days of yours life. As I was with Moses, so I will be with you; I will never leave you nor forsake you.

Joshua 1:5

Demons belong in hell and not in our business, work (dreams, desires and aspiration), school, lifestyle, family or even in our Christian lives. 

When you learn to leave all your worries to God in faith and in the name of Jesus Christ, no weapon can triumphant over. When they try the power in that name will bring them to death.

(He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. Isaiah 40:29)

But he said to me, “my grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me.

2 Corinthians 12:9

Help me give an unending list of reasons why we need to rely solely on him.

1.    He created us in his own image

2.    His is God above all

3.    Ancient of days

4.    King of kings

5.    Beginning and the end

6.    The author and finisher of our faith

7.    His love is not comparable

8.    He reigns

9.    The “I am that I am”

10.  He was, is and is still to come

11.  Above all he sent his only begotten son to come and die for sinner like you and me who were not worthy of his grace. His name is Jesus and at the mentions of his name all knees shall bow and every tongue shall confess that he is king.
